How does the Fit Assistant work?
The Fit Assistant uses only local, deterministic rules. It matches your foot length and measurements to standard size charts, applies your fit preference (tight/regular/loose), and adds brand-based fit notes. No data is sent to any server.
Why does it suggest alternative sizes?
If you prefer a tighter or looser fit, the tool suggests half a size up or down. You can also see alternatives for regular fit to compare.
Are recommendations accurate for every brand?
Recommendations are based on standard conversion charts. Brands vary; the fit warnings reflect common patterns (e.g. runs small). Always check the brand's own size guide for the specific product.
