Transparency About AI Assistance
We believe you should know when and how we use artificial intelligence (AI) in the creation or operation of our site. This page explains our use of AI in plain language.
Where We May Use AI
- Content drafting and editing: We may use AI-powered writing or editing tools to help draft or refine text for guides, descriptions, and other written content. This is to improve clarity and consistency, not to replace human judgment.
- Code and structure: We may use AI-assisted tools when building or maintaining the website (e.g., layout, scripts, or templates). The site remains under human control; we review and approve what is published.
- On-site tools: Some features on our site (for example, our Fit Assistant) use deterministic, rule-based logic to suggest sizes or next steps. These are programmed rules, not live AI models making decisions in real time. We do not use AI to automatically change conversion results without human oversight.
Human Oversight
We do not publish content or change conversion logic based solely on AI output. Facts, conversion tables, and sizing advice are checked against established standards and our editorial process. AI is used as an aid to efficiency and clarity, not as the final authority on accuracy.
What We Do Not Do
We do not:
- Use AI to generate fake reviews, testimonials, or user feedback.
- Let AI make unchecked decisions that affect the conversion results or sizing advice we show you.
- Hide the fact that we use AI where it is used in a way that could reasonably affect your trust in our content.
Updates to This Disclosure
If we change how we use AI in a meaningful way, we will update this page and the "Last Updated" date. We aim to keep this disclosure accurate and easy to understand.
